Michigan is home to some of the best high school boys basketball programs in the country, with a rich history of championship-winning teams. Here are the top Michigan high schools with the most state championships:

These schools have produced some of the best players and coaches in Michigan basketball history, and their success on the court has made them legendary in their communities.

Detroit Pershing is at the top of this list, having won an impressive nine state titles throughout its storied history. The Doughboys had a dominant run during the late '80s and early '90s, winning six titles between 1988 and 1995.

Benton Harbor comes in second place with seven state titles, including three consecutive wins from 1964-1966 under legendary coach Charlie Wilson.

Saginaw Buena Vista rounds out the top three with six championships to its name, including back-to-back titles in 2000 and 2001 led by future NBA star Jason Richardson.

Flint Northern follows closely behind with five state titles, while Detroit St Martin de Porres has four championship banners hanging in its gymnasium.

While these schools may be at the top when it comes to overall success on the court, there are many other high school basketball programs across Michigan that have left their mark on this great sport over time.

Regardless of which team you root for or where your loyalties lie – one thing is certain: these high schools will forever be remembered as some of Michigan's greatest basketball dynasties!
