Family hosts fundraiser for worker who lost fingers in Cold Stone Creamery incident

The family of Jordyn, a former employee at an Oregon Cold Stone Creamery, has organized a unique fundraiser to support her after a work-related injury left her with only seven fingers. The incident occurred at the creamery where she had been working for several months.

In memory of Jordyn's fingers and to lend her a hand, the family hosted a cheeky fundraiser that involved asking people to donate $7 - one dollar for each missing finger. They shared an image of Jordyn smiling bravely despite the ordeal as part of their campaign.

Jordyn's family said they were inspired by her courage and resilience in the face of adversity. "We wanted to do something fun and uplifting for her," they said.

The fundraiser was launched on social media platforms and quickly gained traction within local communities. Many people expressed their support and admiration for Jordyn's strength during such difficult times.

"We're all rooting for you, Jordyn," one person commented on Facebook. "You are truly inspiring."

While it may seem like a light-hearted approach to fundraising, the family is hoping to raise enough money through this initiative to help cover some medical expenses incurred due to the accident.

Jordyn has remained positive throughout this experience and has received messages from friends, coworkers, and strangers alike wishing her well in recovery.

Her story serves as a reminder not only of workplace safety but also how important it is for communities to come together in times of need. The generosity shown by those who donated is heartwarming proof that we can all make a difference when we band together towards common goals.

As our thoughts remain with Jordyn during this time, let us continue showing kindness whenever possible – whether it be through simple words or charitable actions like those seen here today.
