A fatal car crash took place on Friday morning, leaving one person dead and two others injured. The incident occurred on South Belt Line Road near Lone Star Park in Grand Prairie.

According to the police, the accident happened early in the morning when a speeding vehicle lost control and crashed into a tree. The impact of the collision was so severe that it resulted in one fatality.

The authorities have confirmed that one person died at the scene while two others were rushed to nearby hospitals with severe injuries. Their current condition remains unknown.

Eyewitnesses reported seeing debris scattered across the road, with several emergency vehicles arriving at the scene shortly after. The area around South Belt Line Road was closed off as investigators worked to determine what caused the crash.

Police are warning drivers to exercise caution when driving on roads with high speeds and asking anyone who witnessed or has information about this accident to come forward and assist them with their investigation.

"Our thoughts go out to all those affected by this tragic incident," said a spokesperson for Grand Prairie Police Department. "We urge everyone out there to drive carefully and prioritize safety above everything else."

As of now, no charges have been filed against anyone involved in this crash. This is an ongoing investigation, and further updates will be provided as they become available.
