Nikola Corporation, a global leader in the development of zero-emission vehicles and technology, has announced the appointment of Anastasiya "Stasy" Pasterick as its new finance chief. The company made the announcement on Tuesday, stating that Pasterick will assume her role effective April 7th.
Pasterick will succeed Kim J. Brady who is leaving the company to pursue other opportunities. She brings more than two decades of experience in finance and corporate strategy to Nikola.
In her new role, Pasterick will be responsible for leading Nikola's financial operations including accounting, tax, treasury functions and investor relations. She will report directly to Mark Russell, CEO of Nikola Corporation.

With her extensive background in finance and corporate strategy coupled with her operational experience working with global teams through complex transactions we believe she is an excellent addition to help lead us forward."
Prior to joining Nikola Corporation, Pasterick worked at General Electric (GE) where she held numerous senior leadership positions across various divisions including GE Capital Aviation Services (GECAS), GE Corporate Treasury and GE Energy Financial Services.
