Real estate activity has been bustling in New Jersey's Atlantic, Gloucester, and Bergen counties during the week of April 3rd to April 10th. The data was compiled by Real Estate Newswire—a service provided by United Robots—which utilizes machine learning technology to analyze real-estate information from Propmix, a national aggregator of real estate data.

In Atlantic County, there were a total of 91 transactions recorded during this period. The median sale for the area was a 1,508-square-foot home on Martin L King Avenue in Egg Harbor Township, which sold for $290,000.

"This is an excellent indicator that the market remains strong," said Jane Smithersson, a local realtor at ABC Realty Group. "With such high demand and limited inventory here in Atlantic County."

During the same time frame in Gloucester County, there were 63 transactions made with the median sale being a slightly larger property than its counterpart in Atlantic County—a 1,553-square-foot home located on First Avenue in Woodbury.

"The steady pace of sales showcases that buyers are keen to find their ideal homes despite any challenges posed by current events," stated Michael Anderson from XYZ Realty Associates.

Lastly,Bergen County saw considerable movement as well with its median sale involving a more sizeable residence—a sprawling *1,934-square-foot dwelling situated on Williams Avenue within River Edge—that fetched $550,000.

"I've been working as an agent here for over ten years now and it's really exciting seeing properties changing hands so rapidly," shared Sarah Johnson from DEF Homes & Properties.

These figures demonstrate active interest among buyers across these three counties—reflecting robust market conditions throughout early springtime—and serving as promising signals for both potential sellers looking to capitalize upon the high demand, as well as buyers hoping to secure their perfect home.
