Honolulu, HI - Central Pacific Bank (CPB) announced the appointment of new management for its Mapunapuna branch. Taylor Johnson and Demaney Smith will be joining the team as the branch's newest managers, taking on their roles effectively immediately.

"CPB is well known for providing exceptional customer service and we have every confidence Taylor and Demaney will deliver on that expectation for our clients and community," said Executive Vice President of Commercial Markets Diane Murakami in a statement earlier this week.

Taylor Johnson brings over 10 years of experience in banking and finance to her role at CPB. Prior to joining CPB, she held various leadership positions within other financial institutions focused on improving customer relations and driving business growth. "I am excited about this opportunity with Central Pacific Bank," said Johnson. "Their commitment to excellence aligns perfectly with my passion for delivering exceptional service."

Demaney Smith has worked extensively across multiple areas of banking operations throughout his career. He has demonstrated expertise in managing high-performing teams while maintaining strong relationships with both customers and employees alike. When asked about his new position, Smith stated, "I believe that understanding client needs is crucial to success in this industry; I look forward to working closely with our customers while fostering a supportive environment within our team."

The addition of Johnson and Smith comes during a period of expansion at CPB as they strive towards enhancing services offered by their branches island-wide. The bank recently unveiled plans for several enhancements including digital initiatives aimed at optimizing online customer experiences.

"We are proud to welcome Taylor Johnson and Demaney Smith into our family here at CPB," added Murakami. "We know that they will play an integral part in helping us continue delivering top-notch banking solutions tailored specifically towards our valued clientele."

With these changes set forth under the guidance of experienced leaders like Taylor Johnson and Demaney Smith, the Mapunapuna branch of Central Pacific Bank is poised to offer even greater customer satisfaction and solidify its position as a leader in Hawaii's banking community.
