A house in Summit, Union County, has sold for a staggering $4.6 million, making it one of the most expensive real estate sales in the county between April 3 and April 10. The house was built in 1952 and boasts a living area totaling 2,360 square feet. The transfer of ownership was settled in March with a total purchase price of $875,000 or an impressive $342 per square foot.

In comparison to other real estate deals recorded during the past week within the area, this sale stands out significantly as they averaged around $679,805 or approximately $412 per square foot.

Real estate agent Jane Thompson remarked that "this particular sale highlights just how sought after property is becoming in our region."

Buyers appear eager to invest heavily into homes throughout different parts
