In a week where real estate sales soared across West Michigan, several properties stood out as some of the most expensive transactions. Among these were homes in Grand Rapids, Marne, Ann Arbor, and Kalamazoo County.

A house located at 7781 Timber Canyon Court in Ada sold for $920,000 making it one of the highest-priced real estate sales between April 3 and April 10 within Kent County. The property had an average price per square foot of $317,184. Additionally, a condominium at 5453 Clemwood Court in Ada fetched $582,900; built-in 2003 with a living area of 2,530 square feet.

In Ottawa County's Marne region came another high-priced sale with a residence selling for $910,000. Built-in 1981 with a living space measuring up to 2,052 square feet; this property had an average price per square foot listed at $223.

Ann Arbor saw its own share of luxury home sales during the same period – topping Washtenaw County's list was a house on Snyder Avenue which new owners purchased at an average price per square foot ending up to be around $233. In total there were reportedly about sixty-one recorded real estate transactions throughout that week alone.

Kalamazoo County also experienced significant activity within their local housing market when an impressive single-family home sold for approximately eight hundred fifty thousand dollars ($850k) recently; boasting an average value per sq ft estimated to be roughly around two hundred sixty-one thousand six hundred sixty-nine dollars ($261k).
