Franklin Township, Somerset has seen a record-breaking residential real estate sale between May 1 and May 8. A house at 211 Bamburgh Court in Somerset sold for an impressive $824,000, making it the most expensive sale in the area for that period. The detached house offers 1,280 square feet of living space and was sold at an average price of $472,333 per square foot. The ownership transfer took place in April with a total purchase price of $390,000.

The new owners of another property located at 2106 Enclave Circle purchased their home with a price per square footage rate of $267. This condominium boasts a sizable living area measuring up to 1,648 square feet and was built back in 1983.

A single-family residence with an address on Hollywood Avenue also saw significant turnover within this time frame; its sale finalized on April 18th after being purchased by eager buyers keen to make their mark within the local community.

Meanwhile, over in Piscataway during the same period from May 1-8, another high-priced residential real estate transaction occurred: A detached house situated at 14 Thames Avenue changed hands for a hefty sum of $551,000 - marking it as one of the pricier properties to have been bought recently within its locality.

This particular dwelling encompasses some considerable ground—2,479 square feet—allowing homeowners ample room to settle down comfortably amongst fellow residents who are just as enthusiastic about life here as they are themselves! With an average cost per sq ft coming out around $265; those looking into moving into this region certainly seem willing enough when shelling out top dollar for what's likely considered prime territory!

Real Estate Newswire (Real Estate NewSWire) services recorded no less than 16 residential real estate sales within the area over these past two weeks alone, with each of them being duly documented as they occurred. Among those transactions were a single-family house at 1894 Seventh Street in Pisco; a condominium at 146 Middlesex Avenue in Piscataway that has new owners; and a 960 square-foot single-family home located at 1117 Eva Street which was finalized for $430,000.

Another notable property changing hands during this time was a charming single-family home on Tina Court. The cozy residence found its newest inhabitants after being sold to an eager family looking forward to settling down together amidst the warm embrace of their newfound community.
