The week ending April 14 saw the top 10 most expensive residential sales recorded from Guilford, Forsyth, Alamance, Randolph, and Davidson counties. Additionally, significant real estate transactions were reported in Morris Plains and Toms River (New Jersey), as well as East Orange and Wayne.

Notably, a house in Morris Plains sold for $780,000 on April 10-17 marking the most expensive real estate sale in Parsippany-Troy Hills. In this area alone there were 14 real estate sales during the past week. Among these was the single-family residence at 126 Hiawatha Boulevard which changed hands for a total purchase price of $305,000 or $326 per square foot.

In Toms River area between April 10 to April 17th with an average price of $395538 ,the highest-priced home sale topped at a staggering $995k at TOM river's Susan Street property. Moreover,the condominium located at Seaside Heights' Fremont avenue fetched its owner an impressive sum of $$615K. Karen Roberts,a spokesperson from Real Estate Newswire explained that "These high prices reflect strong demand within each market."

East Orange also saw considerable action with one house topping out at $600k.The Carlton St.,single family residence had been bought by new owners who took possession back in March,making it one of many noteworthy deals that occurred over past weeks.

Finally,in Wayne,the most expensive transaction happened when Pompton Road Residence was sold off for a whopping$962K.Another deal worth mentioning is Knoll road Property being finally settled down on after fetching its previous owner handsome amount of $$633K .

Real Estate professionals like Michael Johnson are optimistic about this surge." Seeing such high numbers indicate not only growth but strength too.We're definitely heading towards better days," he stated confidently .
