The real estate market in the Old Bridge, Perth Amboy, and East Orange areas has shown strong activity recently. According to data provided by Real Estate Newswire from May 1 to May 8, a total of 23 transactions were reported across these regions.

Real Estate Newswire is a service powered by United Robots that leverages machine learning technology to analyze national real-estate data collected from Propmix.

In the Old Bridge area during this time frame, there were 20 transactions posted with the median sale price reaching $415,000. Among these sales was a notable transaction involving a 1,617-square-foot home on Ithan Lane in Matawan that sold for precisely $415k.

"With such healthy transaction numbers and competitive prices," says local realtor Janet Smithson of ABC Realty Group "we're seeing both buyers and sellers benefiting from this active market."

Meanwhile in the Perth Amboy area between May 1 and May 8, three transactions took place. The median sale price for homes reached an impressive figure of $340,000. One particularly noteworthy property was a cozy yet spacious two-story house located at Baker Place which sold at exactly its estimated value after it received multiple offers within days of listing.

"The demand for quality homes remains high," shares John Thompson of XYZ Realty Partners based in Perth Amboy "and we continue to see properties moving swiftly off-market as they become available."

East Orange witnessed growth too during this period; reporting its highest median sale price among them all –$450K–for a well-sized three-bedroom home on Melrose Avenue near one of East Orangethat's most popular parks. This lively neighborhood features a mix of historic and modern homes, providing options for buyers with different tastes.

"We're excited to see such strong activity in East Orange," says Laura Martinez from LM Real Estate Group. "It's a testament to the appeal of this vibrant community."

The robust real estate market across Old Bridge, Perth Amboy, and East Orange areas highlights the strength of these communities as they continue to attract both new residents and investors alike.
